Meet Sophia! This pretty little friend is wearing a cotton St. Patrick's Day hat. She's all ready for the fun to begin!
Here is the most recent addition to our family -
FIONA MARIE
- is wearing a Grandma Sue sweater, and looks pretty happy about it! She is such a cutie pie and we all happy she is here! Love you sweetie!
Beautiful Baby!
This is a baby smock that comes from a very versatile pattern. My little model is a family friend who was very excited to be on Grandma Sue's website, modeling this little green number of 100% cotton. It is hand-knitted and comes with a matching headband, also sporting a pink butterfly. There is a picture of it on the Home & Garden Show 2011 tab. Sleeves can be long, short or somewhere in between.
Below are two versions of the same pattern. These are hand-knitted in Fisherman's wool (Lion Brand) and must be hand washed, lie flat to dry. The sleeves can be rolled up, pushed up, or just left long.
Below are some pictures of my grandson, Jack, who is sporting a two-tone Fisherman's wool stocking cap (see the New Project Page) knitted for him by Grandma Sue. Speaking of "sporting," below are pictures of our star athlete, playing no. 54 on his Kansas City football team and one of his sister Gracie, as she shows how she cheers on her brother and his team. Below that are more family photos.
Here's Kevin modeling the soft yellow helmet hat sent to Arnie in Florida :)
